Delivery & Returns information for your Busy Bee Gifts orders.

Delivery Informationn

The prices displayed on this website include postage, packing & delivery to your door. 

  • There are no hidden charges or additional delivery costs on any of our products.
  • We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days via Royal Mail or by a courier service for our larger items.
  • All orders over £50 are automatically insured. This saves you worrying about any damages in transport or missing parcels.
  • All orders in excess of £50 are sent to you via Courier and will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns Information

  • If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase from Busy Bee Gifts, we will happily replace or refund your purchase price.
  • You must send back your item to us to receive a replacement or refund.
  • As we do not charge you for delivery, we do not pay for any returns back to Busy Bee Gifts.
  • If you would like us to arrange to have the item collected and returned to us, we will happily do this at cost.

Damaged On Arrival

  • If any of our items arrive with you damaged in transit, please notify us immediately.
  • You can let us know by phone (02920 456737) or by e-mail (mail@busybeegifts.co.uk) and please include as much detail as possible regarding the damage.
  • Take digital photographs of the damage and send these to us.  It will help us resolve the problem very quickly.
  • We will replace your item once it arrives back with us (or refund the purchase price if requested).
